This book is written for managers and team leaders who are responsible for engendering "teamwork" in a culture of individualism. It provides all the tools needed to bring people together in the workplace and tap into the enormous power of teamwork.

Does our society condition people to be individualists - non-team-players? If so, what can managers and team leaders do to "pull people together"? And what kind of commitment does this process require?

Pulling Together provides all the information needed to bring people in the workplace together and "tap into the enormous power of teamwork." According to the author, readers "will have the opportunity to explore the subject of teamwork from the roots up and learn about the actions necessary to cultivate it in the workplace."
